Jenny's saturday circuit workout Join me Saturday morning for a “shock the body” group training session. This total body strength training hour includes cardio intervals, weights, bands, kettle balls and many other exercises that are designed to physically shock your body into better shape.

This weekly workout session will do just that. Each session we will put your body through a different workout that will burn a high number of calories and help you change your body as you increase your strength endurance and energy!
It is the ultimate workout as you will now start your weekend feeling challenged and invigorated having released the stresses of the week ready to go and enjoy!
