How the power of people got me through the New York Marathon

This Sunday I ran the New York marathon and it was the greatest race experience I have ever had. This blog isn’t about how fast I ran or how my body felt during those 26.2 miles, it’s about the power of people. Since I found out I was running the New York Marathon, I’ve realized how incredible people are. So many of us are willing to go above and beyond for complete strangers. 3 nutrition tips that changed my life.

As promised, here’s the follow up to “What I eat on a typical Tuesday blog”! In this blog, we’re going to dig into the main points that my nutrition therapist has taught me.
